New Knock-Out Qualifying Setup Revealed

As the signups for the fifth season have accepted enough drivers to have 43 cars, the new qualifying format has been revealed. The bottom 20 drivers in the points will drive in a short race, and the last place finisher (or more depending on the entry list roster) does not qualify for the race.

The first race in which this setup is used is race five at Auto Club Speedway.
